Position: B.Tech Mechanical Engineer – Fresher

Reports To: Technical / Maintenance Manager / Project Manager
Job Purpose
To support technical operations, facility management, and project execution by applying mechanical engineering knowledge, assisting senior engineers, and learning practical FM processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, pumps, plumbing, DG sets, etc.).
- Support preventive maintenance schedules and documentation.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor equipment performance and report irregularities.
- Assist in technical inspections, audits, and quality checks.
- Learn and apply safety protocols, operational procedures, and compliance standards.
- Prepare basic technical reports, logs, and project documentation.
Requirements
- B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers / 0–1 year experience).
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and team-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and technical documentation.
