Position: Field Executive
Department: Operations / Facility Management / Client Services
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–3 years in Facilities Management / FM industry
Reports To: Operations Manager
Job Purpose
To oversee on-site facility operations, coordinate service delivery, and ensure client satisfaction by monitoring housekeeping, security, technical maintenance, and other FM services at client sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and efficiency of FM services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, technical, and support staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.
- Report site issues, incidents, or client complaints to management promptly.
- Maintain daily activity reports, attendance records, and operational logs.
- Assist in implementing preventive maintenance and compliance checks.
- Ensure safety, hygiene, and operational standards are maintained at all sites.
- Support onboarding of new clients and site staff, if required.
- Act as a liaison between clients and the operations team to address concerns.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in field operations within the FM industry.
- Knowledge of facility management operations: housekeeping, security, technical maintenance, etc.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and teams efficiently.
- Basic computer skills for reporting and documentation.
- Willingness to travel to client sites regularly.
