Position: GEM Portal Tender Executive

Job Purpose
The GEM Portal Tender Executive is responsible for managing end-to-end tendering processes on the Government e-Marketplace (GEM) portal, ensuring timely submission of bids, compliance with tender requirements, and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify relevant tenders on the GEM portal.
- Prepare and upload tender documents, proposals, and required certifications.
- Coordinate with internal departments for technical and financial inputs for tenders.
- Ensure compliance with tender eligibility, terms, and conditions.
- Track tender submission deadlines and status updates.
- Maintain records of bids, submissions, approvals, and correspondence with authorities.
- Assist in preparing clarifications, corrigenda, and responses to tender queries.
- Support management in analyzing tender opportunities and bid strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of GEM portal processes, updates, and government regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience handling GEM portal tenders or government procurement.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes, tender documentation, and compliance.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and online tender submission tools.
