HR Executive (Recruiter)

Position: HR Executive / Recruiter
Department: Human Resources
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 1–3 years (Recruitment / Talent Acquisition)
Reports To: HR Manager / HR Head

Job Purpose

The HR Executive – Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across various departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
  • Coordinate interviews with department heads and schedule assessments.
  • Maintain recruitment databases and track applicant status.
  • Draft job descriptions, post vacancies on job portals, and manage employer branding.
  • Handle offer letters, onboarding, and induction processes for new hires.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
  • Assist in HR reporting, documentation, and compliance related to recruitment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is a plus.
