Position: HR Executive / Recruiter

Job Purpose
The HR Executive – Recruiter is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing, screening, and hiring talent across various departments, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates using job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and schedule assessments.
- Maintain recruitment databases and track applicant status.
- Draft job descriptions, post vacancies on job portals, and manage employer branding.
- Handle offer letters, onboarding, and induction processes for new hires.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Assist in HR reporting, documentation, and compliance related to recruitment.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing techniques.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and deadlines efficiently.
- Basic understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software is a plus.
