Position: Marketing Executive
Department: Marketing / Business Development

Experience: 1–3 years (Facilities Management / FM industry preferred)
Reports To: Marketing Manager / BDM Head
Job Purpose
To support business growth by promoting facility management services, generating leads, building client relationships, and assisting in marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients in commercial, residential, and industrial segments.
- Generate and follow up on leads through calls, emails, and networking.
- Maintain client databases and track marketing activities.
- Support BDMs in preparing presentations, proposals, and service quotations.
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns, social media, and content creation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams to understand offerings and client requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing or sales in the FM / Facility Services industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of FM services such as housekeeping, security, technical maintenance, etc.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and target-driven.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office.
