Plumber

Job Purpose

The Plumber is responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring uninterrupted water supply, drainage, and hygiene in the premises.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing fixtures, pipes, faucets, and water supply systems.
• Identify and fix leaks, blockages, and other plumbing issues promptly.
• Conduct preventive maintenance of water systems, drainage, and sanitary installations.
• Ensure proper functioning of water pumps, tanks, and plumbing equipment.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain compliance with plumbing codes and standards.
• Maintain inventory of plumbing tools and materials.
• Coordinate with other technical teams for integrated facility operations.
• Prepare daily/weekly maintenance reports and log activities.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience as a Plumber in commercial, residential, or facility management environments.
• Knowledge of plumbing systems, piping, fittings, and drainage solutions.
• Ability to read plumbing diagrams and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Awareness of safety standards and hygiene requirements.
• Willingness to work in shifts if required.
