Production Helper

Position: Production Helper / Operator Assistant
Department: Production / Operations
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Fresher / 0–2 years
Reports To: Production Supervisor / Production Executive

Job Purpose

Assist production teams in day-to-day manufacturing or operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow, timely completion of tasks, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist operators and production staff in assembling, packing, or handling materials.
• Support loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision (if required).
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
• Report production issues, defects, or equipment malfunctions to supervisors.
• Support documentation, inventory counting, and stock management when required.

Requirements

• Fresher / 0–2 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or operations.
• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Willingness to work in shifts and follow instructions carefully.
• Basic understanding of production processes or machinery is a plus.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
