Security Supervisor

Position: Security Supervisor
Department: Security Services
Location: Hyderabad
Reports To: Facility Manager

Job Purpose

The Security Supervisor is responsible for supervising security guards, ensuring site safety, monitoring operations, and maintaining discipline and compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and deploy security guards across duty posts.
• Monitor entry/exit points, visitor management, and access control.
• Conduct routine patrolling and surprise checks.
• Train security guards on SOPs, emergency procedures, and discipline.
• Handle incidents, emergencies, and report to management.
• Ensure functioning of security systems (CCTV, alarms, scanners, etc.).
• Maintain duty rosters, attendance, and security logs.
• Coordinate with client representatives for safety concerns and updates.
• Submit daily/weekly security reports to the Facility Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years of security experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Knowledge of security protocols, fire safety, and emergency handling.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good communication in English/Hindi/Telugu language.
• PSARA certification/licensing preferred.
• Must be physically fit and willing to work in shifts.
